William R. Davis, M.Pl., is president of W. R. Davis Collaborative, a consulting firm which facilitates strategic planning and stakeholder input for organizations, communities and economic development. He is the former Vice President for Special Projects for the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), the premier professional economic development membership organization. He provides leadership training and technical assistance throughout California.

Peter Gordon, Ph.D., is professor and former director of the Master of Real Estate Development Program at the University of Southern California's School of Policy, Planning, and Development, where he has taught since 1971. Dr. Gordon writes extensively about the intersection of economic thinking and urban planning, and maintains a hugely popular blog.

Jeff Lambert, AICP, is a respected planning consultant who provides planning and government relations services to public and private clients. He is the former director of Planning & Building Services for the City of Santa Clarita, California, one of the state's fastest-growing cities for the last five years. He is serving a four year term on the national Board of Directors of the American Planning Association and is the former president of the California Chapter of the APA. Mr. Lambert was formerly the director of land use development for Kaiser Permanente.

Joseph Steins, CPA, is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He has over 50 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, estate planning, tax planning and business operations consulting. He specializes in advising small and medium-sized private companies.

Chun P. Wong, MBA, is president of Asolva, Inc., an information technology consulting firm specializing in the application of technology in healthcare, finance, telecommunications and distribution. He is the former Consulting Director at Metier, Inc., an enterprise resource management and business intelligence consulting firm, and a former enterprise architect for a retail dot-com venture.
