How to Request Support

The preferred way to request support is to send an email to:

Emails sent to this address are immediately assigned a case number, and directed to a Client Support team member for evaluation and action. Each support request is personally acknowledged within two hours during business hours. Most (about 75%) of support requests are completed the next business day.

Urban Insight provides 24-hour, 7-day emergency support.

An on-call technician will be notified and contact you within one hour. Please note that requests for emergency support are subject to a minimum fee and after-hours rates.

Requests for support submitted to the Client Support team will be given a time and cost estimate. However, we find that a significant majority of requests are "quick fixes" that do not need a detailed cost estimate to address affordably. Any request submitted by a client that can be completed at a billable cost of $300 (approximately two hours) or less, will be performed with an assumed client approval.
